As a General Contractor, we will serve as a “single point” of contact to serve you and your design team. We will coordinate and supervise all the trades needed to complete your project on time. We have a proven track record of customer satisfaction and on-time completions.

• As a Design/Build, we offer our services to enable you to express your dream design and make it a reality. Our design team (Architect and Engineers) will work with you to design your dream and we will build it. This service is an effective way to control the cost of your design as opposed to open market bidding.
• As a Construction Manager, we can represent you for any multiple/complex projects you already have a project designed and contracted yet need another set of eyes to control the budget, control possible changes and keep the project on schedule. With our knowledge and experience, we are representing your best interests and will ensure the project is built according to the contract documents. We will effectively control your maintenance costs and coordinate with the tenants or managers. For service repairs, again the same principles apply.
